Rain, Rain, please rain.
Since today is Saturday we decided to head to the baby house a little early. Just about 15 minutes so it’s not that great of a deal. When we arrived they were getting Sophia ready for our visit. They were putting a diaper on her and they had the same orange outfit on her. This was good since we liked it on her. Just in case your wondering it was washed. Before we put her down for a nap yesterday we changed her back into her normal outfit. It also looks like they have several outfits that are the same or similar. We again had some water for her (room temp this time) and this little girl can drink some water. We are wondering if she isn’t getting enough. We have only seen them give her a bottle of water to her one time and it was after we were outside and she was real sweaty. We will make sure to bring a cup with us everyday now. We think this child is a dare devil. She really seems to enjoy Daddy's rough housing.
Last nights dinner plans were changed. When we arrived at the Knight’s Castle there was a private wedding going on. There was a DJ and we seen a dancer who was getting ready to perform. We thought we lucked out but were told we would have to leave or go to a private room which cost more. We left it up to the coordinator. We think she was upset about the party because she did call prior to going and was told that there would be a party going on but could come there. Anyway it was decided that we would go eat at the Irish Pub. I have to say it was excellent. I think it was the best meal I have had here. I had salmon steak with grilled veggies, fried taters with onions and a Caesar salad. Melissa had pork with onions and mashed potatoes. We also had an appetizer that had spicy horse meat (yum yum), shrimp, squid, pistachio nuts and string cheese. We left this place overstuffed and tipsy. We then went to the park area and walked around. It amazed us how many people walk around the park in the evening. It looked like cheap entertainment. Sodas and ice cream and just enjoy someone company.
Around 4:45 this morning there was a dog barking like crazy in the court yard area. They have stray dogs all over the place here but something was bothering this dog. It was already daylight so I looked out the window and could see a female laying on the ground. I wasn’t to sure if she was dead or not. After about 15 minutes she moved her arm. I’m guessing she had a little to much to drink and passed out on the ground so I went back to bed. She was gone by the time I woke up again so she either got up or was carried away. They do seem to like there beverages around here.
Tonight we are just staying around the apartment. There has been some wicked thunder and we hope it rains soon. We need it here. Maybe the dancer at the castle last night did the rain dance.

you guys crack me up. The rain dance and the dead girl in the parking lot. :)
I'm glad she wasn't dead though. yikes! :)
That dinner looked yummy! I think Joe went to the Irish pub one night with Eugene, while I stayed home with Sean! That looked YUMMY!
You need to have them take you to the Beer house, i think it's called. It's smokey so your clothes will smell, BUT, good beer, and I LOVE THAT STRING CHEESE! I also loved their greek salad. It's a fun place, but just be prepared so smell like smoke. :)
We loved walking around in the evening at the central mall area-it was so nice seeing everyone out and about. Once we busted Leeza out, I walked HOURS with her in the Ergo. It was HEAVEN. :)
I will say, that these Kaz girls ARE daredevils..just you wait. Everyone I know (and that is a lot-I won the blog stalker award at Kazapoolza this year) says the same thing. Leeza IS MUCH MORE OF A DAREDEVIL than her brother EVER WAS! It's a good thing, and a bad thing because when they get tall, they reach into drawers, onto counters-hide all scissors and knives. :)
However, the good thing is that they learn things quickly as they possess very lil fear. :)
I hope it rains for you guys.
Leeza wore the same thing for days on end, but now she never wears the same outfit twice, and I am sure Melissa will see to it that your daughter doesn't either. Fair warning..lil girl clothes are unbeleivable cute, especially when you have a lil diva who looks gorgeous in EVERYTHING! :)
My Dear Son,
At last I get to say to you "HAPPY FATHERS DAY" after all this time. I always knew you would be a good dad . I remember when you found out when I was expecting Jason and Byron you where so excited in fact you where my little helper with both of them. I can still see you going down the sidewalk with that umbrella strolling happy as can be. And of course rough housing with Jason and Byron. I wonder where you learned that from .... your Daddy, how that use to scare me but I guess its a male thing.
I know that Fathers Day has not been the happiest time for you boys since your Daddy passed on Fathers day. Now you have reason to celibrate .I was thinking of how proud your Daddy would be of you and your brothers he would have loved to be here to enjoy the grandchildern. I have to say Son that I am so proud of the man you have become you have an dalways be a joy to be around I love sooooo!!!!! Well I guess thats enough of this.
Milissa, I want to thank you for loving my Son the way he deserves to be when I look at you two and think what a great couple ya"ll make and now you can share that love with Sophie.
Love, Mom From The Big Easy
JEEZ Bill, you really are in a vacation state of mind. Question of the day: what does a policeman from the United States do when he sees a possible dead body in the courtyard outside his window at 5:00 a.m.? Well apparently he has no problem going right back to bed. NICE!!!!
Happy first Fathers Day!!! What a gift you have recieved. Love you all.
The Irish Pub has the best food and it is really nice in there. That cheese is the yummiest, too. They seem to offer it at many restaurants. Oh my, that woman lying on the ground was creepy. That is one thing about that apartment complex...dogs barking and people screaming or partying at all hours of the night and early morning. Has it affected your sleep much? I think they don't give the kids enough liquids. I remember Rustam getting overheated and I had to ask for water (they gave me lemonade). Wishing you the happiest first father's day tomorrow (or actually your today)!
Hey, I want to give a great big shout out to the new dad!
HAPPY DADS DAY!!!
