Ready for court.
We were on pins and needles around here the last few days. The only additional paperwork that the judge requested was two death certificates. The request for them were dropped of weeks ago but there has been no sight of them. That is until today. Our coordinator went out to the villages and picked them up. Can you say AMEN? It looks like everything is good to go for court on Friday. It should be a smooth process and we are expecting to hear adoption granted.
Tomorrow we will be wrapping up some final things around here like shopping and paying for our in country flight. They only take cash so we have to go there in person to pay. We will be leaving here on Sunday and spending two nights in Almaty and then were off to the US.
Sophia was a little under the weather yesterday. It seemed like she caught the colds that we have been battling here for the last month. Yesterday morning she just put her head down on Mommy and went to sleep for our entire visit. She has only done this two other times and she wasn’t feeling good then either. She really enjoys our visits and we know if she sleeps she’s needs it. Today she was feeling much better and was all go. She has been real funny with the Cheerios lately. She keeps picking the bottle up and hands it to us. If we start to open it she screams and throws her arms up and down. We love it just as much as she loves the Cheerios.

Hi Melissa! We miss you here at MFM, can't wait to see you soon (and sophia shortly after). Hope you can relax a little on the way home. Let me know how court goes.

So sweet that she fell asleep on Misie. Sophia is darling. We are so looking forward to having her in our lives. Counting down the days till you are on a plane home.
she is just a doll! Court is a breeze...ya'll will do great. Sophie is such a sweet thing!
Thinking about you all and hoping all is going well for you today! I'm hanging with Chico and Nellie again tonight. They had a busy day and are now fast asleep.
Chico was counting the days until you come home. When he realized it only took one paw he raced around the dining room. You think I'm joking, don't you? Ha! You should have seen that little guy running!
Nellie doesn't believe us.
One big hug from all of us!
Tamara, Nellie and Chico
