Hi Bill and Melissa..I saw your comment on another family's blog,and I think we traded some emails awhile back. You are waiting to travel to Kostanai, right? I know the waiting is hard..we waited a long time, but it was all for a reason-if our timing had not been what it had been, we would't have our daughter. :)
Kostanai is a "slower" region that most because so many of the children are not permanatly relinqshed and thus not available for adoption, but it's a WONDERFUL baby house and an incredible city. You will love it..you'll see. :)
